Financial Policies and Insurance
Our mission is to deliver the finest, most cost-effective periodontal care today. We are sensitive to the fact that many of our patients may not be able to pay cash for their treatment; therefore, we offer several options for your convenience.
Our financial policy is simple. We will be happy to submit your claim to your insurance provider as a courtesy to you. However, the majority of the time, insurance does not cover the full amount of care. The purpose of insurance coverage is to aid with payment, not to omit it altogether. We have a dedicated staff of insurance specialists on hand to maximize your benefits, though you are obligated to pay the entire fee charged no matter how much coverage you have.
Our office is also proud to be participating in Care Credit, a low minimum monthly payment program designed to pay for health care. Care Credit offers no interest payment plans up to 18 months, as well as low interest extended payment plans. Please ask our staff for more information and an application.
Our Staff
Occasionally, an emergency situation may occur that necessitates rescheduling your appointment, and we will call you as soon as possible to let you know of such a situation. We will contact you either by using the telephone number you provided on your patient information form or by mail if time permits.
If you find it necessary to change your appointment, we appreciate at least 48 hours notice. Our hours of business are as follows:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8AM to 5PM
Friday - 7:30AM to 3:00PM
